The service

ResearchSprout helps business users discover local businesses and analyze public Google reviews. You choose search fields and result limits before collection. Results are bounded samples, may be incomplete or outdated, and are not guaranteed to contain a requested number of matches. Inspect the collected listings and reviews before making decisions. Reviews are statements by their authors, not facts independently established by ResearchSprout.

Your account and permitted use

You must be an adult authorized to act for your business, provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual-property rights, source terms and applicable outreach rules. Do not use it for harassment, unlawful surveillance, credential collection, security attacks or bypassing access restrictions. You are responsible for your prompts, exports and how you use results.

Free trial

Verified accounts may receive a one-time trial: one search of up to three businesses, five reviews for one business. Started attempts consume the allowance even if a source fails or returns fewer results. Trials are subject to availability and processing limits, do not renew, and exclude monitoring. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated trials is not permitted. Saved trial results remain accessible and exportable.

Subscriptions and allowances

The current plan page and Stripe Checkout show price, billing period and included allowances before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. One collection credit covers each block of up to 100 requested source results: a 500-result run uses five credits. Scheduled checks and started failed attempts use the same allowance. Results may be fewer than the requested limit. Monitor slots do not include unlimited checks. Credits do not roll over and no automatic overage charges apply.

Cancellation, payments and refunds

Cancel renewal through Plans & billing. Access continues until the paid period ends unless payment is reversed or the account is suspended for misuse. Saved results remain available for viewing and export while the account is retained. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or the service did not work, contact support for review. These terms do not limit refund or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Taxes and final charges are shown at checkout where applicable.

Data and integrations

Our Privacy Policy explains data use. You retain your rights in information you submit and authorize us to process it to deliver the service. Third-party source material remains subject to its owners’ rights. Google Sheets and webhook exports are optional and governed by the destination’s terms. Removing a connection does not remove copies already exported.

Availability and changes

Source availability, third-party pricing and data coverage can change. We may pause work for usage limits, maintenance, security or provider failures. We will give notice of material subscription changes before they apply to renewal. You may cancel before renewal if you do not accept them. We do not promise uninterrupted service, exhaustive coverage, sales or other business outcomes.

Responsibility and governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular business decision. Neither party excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable UAE law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you.
